Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order from Novakind.

Returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact info@novakind.store with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier. After that, the return process applies.
