Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days in the United States and 7–15 business days in France and the rest of Europe. Some items ship from our partner warehouses abroad; the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs and carrier delays.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost parcels. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact info@novakind.store and we will replace or refund the order.
